About

Point your camera at a plate and let AI do the counting. Nourish estimates calories and macros from a photo, logs the meal, and tracks your intake through the day — no scrolling a food database. Next.js + Neon Postgres; bring your own Anthropic API key.

Features

  • Snap a photo — AI estimates calories and macros from the image
  • No food-database scrolling; the photo is the entry
  • Daily intake tracking across every meal
  • Macro breakdown — protein, carbs and fat per meal

How it works

  1. Point your camera at your plate and take a photo.
  2. Nourish estimates the calories and macros from the image.
  3. The meal is logged to your day automatically.
  4. Track your running intake and macros as the day goes on.
